How to use the Admin Module?

Invite your team!

Ask your team members to become part of Veyley Hire by sending them an email invitation through the platform.

Assign Access

After they've registered, allocate them to an access group, which will specify their job tasks and the app tools they can use.

Add or Remove Users

To ensure smooth operations, include new employees or exclude former ones from the access groups as needed.

An access group is simply a division that is part of your business such as HR, Operations or Finance.

As a safety measure, we recommend refraining from assigning an access group to an individual until you are absolutely certain that they are the correct individuals.

We’ve established multiple access points for you to assign to groups of users, ensuring they’re only accountable for their respective tasks.

By removing the employee from the access group, you effectively restrict their access to all your business operations.

Extend an invitation to the new member to join Veyley Hire, and then allocate them to an access group.
